Our system is capable of solid particle filtration as well as moisture removal though one unit itself. i.e. unlike others you will not have to install two different systems for removal of solids and moisture. We can achieve NAS levels of 5 – 6 by our system and thus help to keep your oil at the best working condition.
It also ensures that the oil life increases and you can increase the oil change intervals by a couple of times.

Cleaning of oil :

In precision engineering field, Epoxy Flooring has become a cessity; which is our domain.
Stage 1 :
Oil under pressure is cleaned by absorption and dsorption in replaceable KFC cartridge. All solid contaminants like metal, carbon, dust, sludge etc. of less than 0.25 micron are removed from oil.

Stage 2 :
The oil is passed through evaporation chamber in form of a thin film. The chamber is heated to create a dry airspace where water, air, gases and less oxidized molecules of oil are evaporated and vented out without heating the oil.
